It depends as Timbeter is an Estonian incorporated company:
- If you are an EU VAT registered company then no
- If you are not an EU VAT registered company then yes
- If you are a private person in the EU, then yes
- If you are a private person with a valid VAT number, then no
- If you are a private person or company based outside of the EU, then no VAT (or Sales Tax) is charged
- If you are a company (VAT registered or not) or private person in Estonia, then yes
