German AND Polish Customer Sales Support Role

This is a awesome role if you are driven by challenges including revolutionising a really conservative industry. Your goal is to turn impossible into possible. At Timbeter you’ll be you'll be supporting our German and Polish speaking customers and aiding the sales team in selling our app.

Your task is to provide customer support and answer potential inquiries in German and Polish, and be part of the sales team contacting potential clients in German and Polish speaking markets. You’ll need patience and the ability to interpret technical language for non-technical people. You'll be working hand-in-hand with our executive and sales teams.

We really want you to:

  • Passion for customer support
  • Previous IT sales experience/software background
  • Experience of developing and nurturing relationships that can lead to sales
  • Take initiative, work independently and efficiently without close supervision
  • Interest in technical details and software in general
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English, German and Polish.

You’ll be working with our product guys; your task is to turn customer needs into a first class solution that it easy to use and intuitive for all lumberjacks around the world. You'll be working hand-in-hand with both our tech and sales team.

We really want you to:

  • be experienced with iOS
  • document and test your work
  • collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met
  • support ongoing development for existing projects
  • take initiative, work independently and efficiently without close supervision
  • fix bugs and resolve ongoing issues
  • be fluent in English
